Consulting
Annessa has been honoured to sit at the table with over 500 families and learn about their family and operations. With this extensive experience, Annessa understands the inter-dependence and complexities of inter-generational family farm issues and concerns.
Annessa is determined to provide her clients with unique options, strategies and outcomes that dive in to the heart of family dynamics, business issues and complex estate plan ramifications.
By being independent, there are no products or sales that influence advice.
Annessa consults on the transition planning process and assists family’s triage and prepare for next steps.
Transition Planning cannot be done alone. One of Annessa’s favourite quotes is, “you can have it all, you just cannot do it all.” Thus, Annessa is very passionate about coaching families to work with their multi-disciplinary advisory teams. Annessa’s reports will have key questions and ideas for the families to discuss with their technical professionals such as their Accountant, Lawyer and Financial Advisors, etc.
Annessa offers phone, virtual and/or in-person consults. To learn more about the process, please contact 403-994-2780 or Info@PeakHeritageConsulting.com

“Working with Annessa to begin our farm succession planning journey was amazing. She is clear, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable about agriculture and family farming dynamics. Annessa is easy to relate to—she understands the challenges farm families face because she has walked through this process with many families, including her own. Her ability to simplify complex issues and propose practical scenarios, makes succession planning far less overwhelming. If you want someone who listens, understands, guides with confidence and clarity, I highly recommend Annessa Good-Hassard.” DT

“Annessa was a pleasure to work with. Planning our event with her was seamless. We appreciated the survey she requested our attendees fill out prior so that the presentation was tailored to our needs. While it was a lot of information Annessa easily kept the crowd engaged with her knowledge and humor. She laid the groundwork for some important conversations to happen in our farming community. -Amanda (event organizer)”
