Peak Heritage Consulting Ltd. was created to support farm families through one of the most meaningful—and often most complicated—things they’ll ever do: planning for transition. Whether you’re thinking about succession, estate planning, or simply figuring out what’s next for your farm and family, you’re not alone. I’m on that journey too.
I’m not just a consultant—I’m also a successor on my own family’s farm. I’ve worked with over 450 farm families across Canada and spent years in the ag industry helping families talk about what matters most. I’ve also presented to groups across the country on the real-life challenges and opportunities that come with transition.
Every family is different, and so is every farm. My work focuses on unique strategies, honest conversations, and helping families look ahead with clarity and care. I offer independent consulting and speaking services—always shaped by real-world experience, professional training, and a deep connection to agriculture.
